Furthermore, only 6.5% claim to have reduced their turnover in the last year and 25% predict growth for the next twelve months.
Looking beyond our borders, a report from the United States Bureau of Labour Statistics found that 1 in 5 service sector workers left their jobs voluntarily during 2021.
