What is a certificate of completion?

This document was introduced to harmonize practices between OPCOs, companies, OFs and CFAs. The certificate of completion makes it possible to streamline payment procedures using a simple reference document based on trust.

Is the certificate of completion compulsory?

The certificate of completion is compulsory for organizations delivering training courses: conventional training, skills assessment, professionalization contracts, Pro A, apprenticeship contracts, etc.

How do I fill it in?

This certificate of completion must contain at least: the learner's contact details, name, entry and exit dates, and duration of training.

Does it replace the training attendance sheet?

Training providers must keep ALL EVIDENCE of the completion of actions and activities (attendance certificates, electronic signatures, ODL connection records, etc.). These elements may be requested by the OPCO for quality control purposes.
