Who is responsible for processing your data?

SoWeSoft, a single-member simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €27,000, registered with the Nantes Trade and Companies Register under number 829 342 559, whose registered office is located at 10 allée Georges Noé, 44860 St Aignan Grand Lieu, France, is the data controller for the personal data collected in connection with the use of the website in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

Please note that no transfer of your personal data is made outside the European Union. In general, your personal data is never disclosed to persons outside the SoWeSoft organization.

It is the responsibility of Users to check whether the Regulation is applicable to them and to take the necessary measures to comply with the legislation in force.

SoWeSoft processes Personal Data, within the meaning of Article 24 of the Regulation, in its capacity as Data Controller.

HOW LONG DOES SOWESOFT KEEP YOUR DATA?
The data collected will be kept by the HSW Group for a period of one year from the sending of a request via the Site's contact form.

Means of data purging are put in place in order to provide for the effective deletion of data as soon as the retention or archiving period necessary for the fulfillment of the determined or imposed purposes has been reached.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you also have the right to have your data deleted, which you may exercise at any time by contacting us at dpo@sowesoft.com.
