Website Refers to the website(s) published and owned by the HSW Group.
Data processing means any operation or set of operations, whether or not performed using automated processes, on personal data or sets of data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
User Means any person visiting the Site(s) made available by the HSW Group.

Who is responsible for processing your data?

The HSW Group (HSW Développement), a simplified joint stock company with share capital of €8,830,631.75, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number
883 234 239, whose registered office is at 86 rue de Charonne, 75011 PARIS, France, is responsible for processing Personal Data collected in connection with use of the Site in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

In this respect, please note that your Personal Data is not transferred outside the European Union. In general, your Personal Data is never disclosed to anyone outside the HSW Group organization.

When you send a message via the contact form available on the Site, the information collected is the surname, first name, name of the company for which the person works, e-mail address, telephone number, and any information contained in the message accompanying the request.

In this context, we only process Personal Data that you provide directly to us.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROCESSING
HSW Group undertakes to comply with the regulations in force applicable to the Processing of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 applicable as from 25 May 2018 (hereinafter, "the Regulation").

It is the responsibility of Users to check whether the Regulation is applicable to them and to take the necessary measures to comply with the legislation in force.

HSW Group processes Personal Data, within the meaning of Article 24 of the Regulation, in its capacity as Data Controller.

HOW LONG DOES HSW GROUP KEEP YOUR DATA?
The data collected will be kept by the HSW Group for a period of one year from the sending of a request via the Site's contact form.

Means of data purging are put in place in order to provide for the effective deletion of data as soon as the retention or archiving period necessary for the fulfillment of the determined or imposed purposes has been reached.

You have the right to request the erasure of Personal Data in certain circumstances, and in particular if you consider that your Personal Data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected by APIDIAB or if you withdraw the consent on which our processing is based and where there is no other lawful ground for processing.

  • Right to limitation of processing (Art. 18 RGPD):

You have the right to ask us to limit the processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, in particular if you believe that the Data we are processing is incorrect.

  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 of the RGPD):

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to receive the Personal Data you have provided to us upon request, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit this information to another Data Controller without hindrance, or to ask us to do so.

  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR):
