The User must:
- keep their login credentials confidential;
- use the Solution in accordance with its intended purpose;
- not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Solution.
Any use not expressly authorised by SoWeSoft is unlawful in accordance with Article L.122-6 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
In particular, the Client is prohibited from:
- using the Solution or the Documentation in any way for the purpose of designing, developing, distributing or marketing software or any similar, equivalent or substitute software;
- making the Solution or the Documentation available, directly or indirectly, to any third party, in particular by rental, transfer or loan, including free of charge, or entrusting it to any service provider as part of an outsourcing arrangement, unless SoWeSoft has given its prior written consent;
- using the Solution for any processing not authorised by SoWeSoft.
Free-text comment fields:
Data entered in free-text fields must be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for their intended purpose, namely: responding to requests relating to a training activity or a learner's training, or submitting a report.
Any personal assessment or value judgement should be avoided, as should any comments concerning a person's behaviour or personality traits.
Information relating to you or other individuals must not contain data concerning health, religion, political, trade union or philosophical opinions, ethnic origin, sanctions or criminal convictions, or sensitive personal data such as the NIR (French national identification number).
Particular care must also be taken with any sensitive personal information that may be mentioned, especially in the event of disclosure following a data security incident.
