All data relating to the operation of the SoWeSoft Solution is hosted in Europe.

The Microsoft Azure server locations we use are as follows:

• France Central, Paris
• Germany West Central, Frankfurt

OVH servers are located in Gravelines, France.

SoWeSoft involves the processing of personal data. Such processing is subject to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, applicable since 25 May 2018 (the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”), as well as amended French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties.

Such data is processed, stored and secured in accordance with the conditions set out in the Personal Data Protection Policy.

The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, animated sequences, whether accompanied by sound or not, as well as all works incorporated into the website, are the property of SoWeSoft or of third parties that have authorised SoWeSoft to use them.

Any commercial or profit-making use of the images is prohibited.

The logos, icons and graphic elements displayed on the website are protected by copyright and by Articles L.511-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code relating to the protection of registered designs.

Reproduction of the website and the works reproduced therein, whether on paper or digital media, is authorised provided that such reproduction is strictly reserved for personal use, excluding any use for advertising and/or commercial and/or information purposes, and/or provided that it complies with the provisions of Article L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Except as provided above, any reproduction, representation, use or modification, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, of all or part of the website or any of the works contained therein, without the prior authorisation of SoWeSoft, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.
